Say hello to Penny.

Penny is the heart and soul of Sunflower Photography. With more than 25 years experience as a photographer and photojournalist she has the ability to see things others miss. Born and raised in Western New York, Penny received her first camera when she was in 9th grade and has been a shutterbug ever since. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Edinboro University in 1982, and worked in Buffalo, NY as a photojournalist for WGRZ Channel 2 News.

In May of 2006 Penny retired from Channel 2 to pursue her photography business full-time. As a photographer and a mom, Penny has had ample opportunity to refine and sharpen her skills. Her list of references is long, and those who hire her love her.
